
About Nick
Nick Seidule was born in Winter Park Hospital and raised in Winter Springs, Florida. After receiving his degree in Legal Studies at the University of Central Florida, he received his Juris Doctor at Nova Southeastern University. While there he was a member of the moot court and Nova Law Review.
Professional Background
Prior to opening Seidule Law, Nick Seidule spent nearly three years exclusively handling personal injury matters, including car accidents, traumatic brain injuries, medical malpractice, and slip-and-fall cases.
Before transitioning to personal injury law, Nick served for four years as an Assistant State Attorney for the Ninth Judicial Circuit in Orange County. During this time, he prosecuted juvenile sex crimes, felony-level domestic violence, drug offenses, DUIs, and hundreds of misdemeanor and felony cases.
Nick is an active member of the Orange County Bar Association Young Lawyers Section, where he has served as a committee chair and former co-chair of the Criminal Committee. He has also previously held a financial board position with Habitat for Humanity Orlando.
In his free time, Nick enjoys running, as well as, hosting trivia at local pubs in the area.
